Kyagulanyi accuses his MPs of working with Museveni

The president  of of Uganda's leading opposition political party Hon Robert Kyagulanyi has accused his party MPs of working with President Yoweri Museveni.

In  an interview on Saturday,  Kyagulanyi said that, Ugandans more so, those opposed to the National Resistance Movement, are not satisfied with the performance of opposition members of parliament.

He said that he's  frustrated by some of his MPs who hobnob with the Museveni .

He applauded Mityana Municipality MP Francis Zaake, who vigorously fights for the downtrodden Ugandans using what his critics call unparliamentary tactics.

It should be noted that Mityana Municipality Member of Parliament, Francis Zaake  ceased being a Parliamentary Commissioner following a vote on motion moved to have him out on grounds of misconduct.

When asked whether he was satisfied with his MPs’ work in Parliament, Kyagulanyi said that, "of course, I’m not satisfied. If I was satisfied, I wouldn’t keep pushing them. I wouldn’t have to appear in Parliament. I wouldn’t have to call out those that go astray" .
